During my internship with Disney Talent Acquisition Marketing, I had the incredible opportunity to work on a project for Disney Cruise Line. The project, known as the "Crew Referral Appreciation Campaign," aimed to express gratitude to crew members who had referred someone to apply for a position within the company. The campaign's primary goal was to strengthen the sense of community and recognize the importance of the crew's contributions. My role was to create visually appealing and heartfelt materials that would convey Disney's appreciation for its dedicated crew members. I was responsible for designing thank you cards, buttons, and a gift bag that would serve as tokens of our gratitude.
